Submit your prescription and obtain an activation code
If you already have a prescription for somnio issued by a prescribing professional (physician or psychotherapist), you can use our free and easy prescription transfer service. We will forward your prescription directly to your statutory health insurance company.
Note: For DiGA prescriptions only pink prescription sheets in paper form can be used. E-prescriptions for DiGA applications are still not accepted by the health insurance companies. Please make sure to ask for a prescription sheet in paper form when talking to your healthcare professional about somnio.
How to use our free prescription transfer service
Upload prescription
Upload a scan or photo of your prescription (but not an e-prescription) in the following form, fill in the contact details and click on "Send".
Submission of your prescription
We will submit your prescription to your health insurance company on your behalf while you can just sit back and relax. This service is completely free of charge for you.
Activate the app
Within 5-7 working days, your health insurance company will send you the 16-digit code for activating somnio.
